Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Brad Leonard, Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Ray White Mairangi Bay (CR Marketing North Shore Limited Licensed, Licensed (REAA 2008)), collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.

We handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its thirteen information privacy principles.

• the property address you ask us about, where you provide one

• to send you the seller's guide when you request it

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only with:

• Ray White Mairangi Bay (CR Marketing North Shore Limited Licensed) — the licensed agency under which real estate work is carried out
• Burgs Digital — builds and operates this website and the system that receives and stores form submissions
• Cloudflare — website hosting, security and the database in which form submissions are stored
• Resend — email delivery for enquiry notifications
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, via the Meta Pixel
• professional advisers and legal or regulatory bodies, where we are required or permitted to disclose

Overseas storage and disclosure

Some of these providers store data outside New Zealand. We only use providers that are required to protect your information to a standard comparable to the Privacy Act 2020.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure the performance of advertising. It sets cookies in your browser and reports page views and form submissions back to Meta. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to seven years, which is the period we are generally required to retain records relating to real estate transactions.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to those who need it to respond to your enquiry.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. We will respond within 20 working days.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal information, contact us first using the details below. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz or on 0800 803 909.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
